I love Bio Krauter tincture's. They always do a great job of verifying their ingredients. I mainly got it for the Ashwagandha, but the Maca Root was an added bonus. You get 4oz, which is a large amount for anyone. Just one squeeze of the dropper, 0.7ml according to the directions, but the only problem is that there are no lines on the dropper. I just empty the dropper and do a simple squeeze and I can only guess that this is 0.7ml's. No aftertaste, does have a flavor... I can best describe it as fruity to me. Tinctures are better in bio availability than pills or capsules. I take mine directly under the tongue, just for the increased absorption rate. You can mix it with juices or whatever your choice beverage is. So far it's been only a week since taking it, so I would guess that really another week or so will give results. Even though, Bio Krauter is a good brand and to me trustworthy. Currently priced at $16.99 for 156 servings, that's a great value...

I've been looking for ashwagandha and this one has MACA in it. I am a little hesitant to try any supplement since I really don't know what I'm getting but after reading the reviews I went ahead to try. The directions says on dropper full and so I take it under the tongue. I will say the taste is not horrible and I didn't get any type of side effects. I will say it works got me some energy.

I know that when I remember to take ashwagandha it helps me to sleep. I had not really done any research on maca root before I got this but it is supposed to be a beneficial supplement as well. This texture is easy to take, pretty innocuous tasting. If you don't want to take it directly, you can edit to a beverage. It contains organic maca, organic ashwagandha, black pepper extract, organic vegetable glycerin, and purified water. This is non GMO and GMP. Vegan, and mostly organic. Third party tested.

While I find that the suggested use of three full dropper-fulls of this per day to be somewhat of a hassle, it's still a VERY easy to take supplement, and I appreciate being able to avoid having to take more capsules. The liquid itself has no smell, and BARELY any taste. The only flavor I could discern if I concentrated was a tiny, subtle, black-pepper under-flavor. This is NOT to say that it's spicy. The taste is almost entirely unnoticeable - and this is from drinking it in 2 ounces of water. If I were to put it juice, I wouldn't be able to discern any flavor at all. Honestly the best liquid supplement I've taken. I would definitely get this again.

I don't mind the taste of these glycerine tinctures at all. I have not taken it long enough to tell if it's effective. I can't find much information about BioKrauter aside from Amazon or their own website. They claim to be manufactured in the USA and third party tested, but there is no information on that testing. In general, their products seem too inexpensive for 2oz organic herb tinctures, and their dosages are mostly too high. I do like that this is organic, but why don't they advertise that in the title or description? And where is the organic certification?

I ordered this sample to see if it would work for me in the evenings helping me sleep better. It seems like a good blend of ingredients and says that it contains no GMO ingredients and is also third-party tested. I am not sure if this subjective or not but I feel more motivated when I consume this supplement. The fact is liquid makes absorption a lot faster and does not cause any type of side effects. Also, you can basically mix it with anything. I really recommend it! Also, no after taste but I am always mixing it with other drinks (some people just put the drops directly on their tongues).

Often times would take these herbs separately. One would run out, I would replace it then the other would run out. Was always a pain and expensive. This product solved all that. These too herbs when taken regularly during stressful times really do help to keep me aware of my aggregations and the promote the ability to have the focus to do something about it. It is a generous amount and has a mild tea like taste. Great bonus its vegan, gluten free, and they do not use alcohol to suspend the herbal properties. Only problem i have had with it the dropper only fills halfway full but you just takes an extra second to remedy that.

This stuff works. I failed to do thorough research before taking this item I thought I was just taking it for the ashwagandha to calm and relax me, well I was taking it at bedtime and one night I really had trouble falling asleep, I thought it was weird but just ignored it then the next day noticed an uptick in my libido, again I thought hmm that’s different so today I decided to look up what maca root is good for and now I know that it was actually this product working for me. So now I will switch to taking this in the morning to not mess with my sleep. It does have a strong bitter taste if you take it straight so I recommend adding a splash of water like the bottle suggests.

This ashwagandha tincture is a good balance for flavor and impact. Some products are very bitter, but this is somewhat sweet and almost pleasant. This is an easy and affordable way to incorporate both Ashwagandha and Maca. I've tried it mixed with water and collagen powder, and just plain on its own. It has a very sweet flavor from the glycerin, so it's not unpleasant or bitter. It's light amber in color and watery in texture; it mixed immediately with my water. I like that it also includes black pepper to help promote absorption. Personally, this is much easier than taking these supplements in pill form, so I think it will be easier to incorporate into my routine.

I guess it's the glycerine in it that makes it sweet - but I can take it easily by mouth with no issues without diluting it, which is great. This is a great liquid supplement. I prefer liquid supplements when possible as they absorb quickly and dont need to dissolve and digest before they start to work, many liquids will absorb quickly through the mucus membrane in the mouth. This supplement is well-made and effective. There are no weird aftertastes or weird burps like you get from some supplements.

This seems like a good supplement. Good packaging. German Company. I tasted it full strength and mixed in some lemonade. The taste isn't great, but it isn't the worst I've had either. Mixed in a very small amount of lemonade, it was nearly indiscernable. Not sure yet if it's doing anything or not. Hoping for some help with weight loss and sleep. So far from what I can see from the product packaging. I'm hopeful.

I always prefer a liquid over a capsule. Great for those who would rather not take a pull. The taste isn't terrible so it does fine with just water. In anything else, you can't even taste it. I'm a fan of ashwaghanda and maca root so I hope this works just as well. At this point, I jave no complaints. Came packaged well, good amount, decent taste, good ingredients and German made. The instructions and advise you to take it up to three times a day one full droplet worth into your beverage. Used to the supplement where you put it under your tongue and take it as much as you want. this supplement still delivers as I am still reaping the benefits.
