As a regular user who's doctor prescribed Vitex, this is the first time to try a LIQUID form instead of capsules. I am not a doctor and I will make no medical claims. This is super easy to take as you just put a dropper full into a beverage. Do note though that the dose is one dropper, but you are supposed to take that 3 times a day, which is different than a once a day pill. So that is up to you if you find that more or less convenient. Seems sweet enough and has no unpleasant taste. Didn't notice any change when switching to this product after finishing up the previous bottle of capsules, so I would guess that that means it is working just as well. I started using Vitex a while ago and typically buy a different brand. When I saw that this one was third-party tested, I thought I'd give it a shot to compare. It's equal in quality to the supplement I usually buy and I would buy it again. It's nice to have another brand to look to in the event my normal "go-to" disappears or runs into inventory issues. The dosage is a single squeeze of the dropper, but there's no dosage line on the dropper so it's hard to know for sure if you're getting the recommended amount. It does a good job of keeping my hot flashes and night sweats at bay and is even more effective when I use it with Black Cohosh. Menopause can be challenging but I don't want to take hormone replacements, so I'm using supplements instead and so far my experience has been positive. I only use supplements that are third-party tested so that I can be confident in the product's efficacy and this one is as effective as my regular brand.

I've ordered this to see if it will help minimize cramping for a family member. The taste is mildly sweet, which I attribute to the glycerin. For myself, I prefer to taste the actual active ingredient, but the sweetness does make these tinctures more palatable to many, including my family member. The bottle has a precise dropper and is brown tinted, which should help increase the longevity of the product.

Really like that this vitex drops uses glycerin instead of alcohol. It makes it more palatable to take pure like I prefer instead of mixed with water or juice. I usually take Vitex capsules to regulate my hormones and periods. I'm not sure if I like taking these drops instead of capsules. I understand that this liquid form have better absorption. For me though, taking capsules or gummies are more convenient & easier than liquid drops. I have to take these at home since I don't like to take glass-bottled supplements in my bag with me at work or elsewhere. Aside from that though, this vitex supplements seem clean & sourced well. Not sure where it's manufactured though since its bottle & AMazon product info just says that it's "manufactured for" the company in California. Recommended.

I am happy to have this in a tincture form. I have ordered Vitex in the past to help regulate my hormones (I was having pretty bad PMS) but never ended up taking it, as I was too cranky to bother with pills when I needed them. Taking this tincture is pleasant. To me, it doesn’t taste anything like a berry. It tastes ever so slightly herbal. That’s it. In 2 oz water I can barely tell it’s there. It’s so easy, I am confident I will take this when I need it. If I have anything noteworthy to report with continued usage, I will update. The expiration is three years away at 10/27. That’s nice. This is a great quality tincture and Vitex goes well with Red Clover both of which I ordered from BioKrauter and both have a very mild flavor that tastes close to water to me. I add a dropper full of each to a little bit of water and drink it. I take a lot of variety of supplements on rotation (not the same amount daily) so I prefer some in tincture form that I can drink with water. I like the alcohol free aspect and high absorption and lack of capsule & other additives that capsules require. This has been helping me and I haven't had any night sweats but I'm at the beginning journey of peri.

Easy to take without needing to brew anything. Simply drop into your mouth or in a beverage, which is so simple. While this has beneficial properties, I did read into benefits as well as people that this should not be taken by. It is important to do research and understand what you are taking, in advance. Even things that are beneficial for some, can cause harm to others. In researching hormonal changes and balancing tactics, it prompted me to look into Chasteberry, and whether it would be right for me. With that said, I love that this is third party tested and organic. Life gets busy, so the ease in which this can be incorporated into my routine is a win! There is a lot of research showing that this plant can provide support to women both in fertility years and menopause by helping to reduce inflammation and balance hormones. I like to take chasteberry daily as a tea, but since that involves brewing tea, I’m not very regular about taking it, so having it as a tincture makes it much easier (and faster) to take on a daily basis! I’m taking this to help with night sweats from menopause. Comes as a somewhat sweet, viscous, light brown concentrated berry essence. Not at all “gross” but it is an intense flavor. Pipette dropper built in to lid is easy to measure our individual drops. Good mixed in with tea or other beverages, but just as easy to take straight.
