This is very calming. It didn't make me incredibly sleepy but it definitely took away my anxiety and jitters. However, be careful and only try a little at a time. I believe I had an allergic reaction to it. When I attempted to sleep I realized my throat was swelling and closing up. Each time I dozed off I immediately was a awaken choking. So, I'm not using it anymore. Sad, because it sure calmed me down.

I picked this up to try after learning that passion flower extract is used for anxiety and sleep. Having bad anxiety at times, and not being medicated, I decided to try this out. I've been waiting for a panic attack since I've received this product, but have yet to have one. (Maybe because I have used this product multiple days? Not sure.) I'll update when I do with my results. Reviewing this is a bit problematic because I realize everyone's bodies are different and dosage will change depending on the person so this is just a review specifically for how it impacted me. I was at first worried this would taste terrible as these additives often do. I threw one dropper full, the recommended dosage, into a 8 ounce glass of water and was surprised. It had a subtle floral almost tea like flavor. I really like it. I've also tried using it sublingual and found it still quite pleasant. I've noticed a possible mood change- relaxation and mild giddiness after using this product but I am unsure if this is a coincidence or side effect. I have tried it for sleep but haven't noticed any difference past some potential light relaxation. I really like the amber bottle and dropper. For those of you not in the know, amber glass helps preserve contents from light. It's a good quality bottle and dropper and easy to use. Overall I have to say the flavor is lovely and I just enjoy that alone. There possibly is some light relaxation and mood enhancing qualities to this, but nothing mind altering for me. I may have to play around with amounts and would still like to try this with a full blown panic attack. I think this might be a good addition to a mix of mood enhancing herbs thus boosting the relaxation ability. Possibly with a good quality CBD oil? I think for the present $9.99 price, it's a great deal considering other brands on the market run a lot more and this one is inexpensive enough to risk trying to see if it might help you. If nothing else, I just like it in my tea.

I’ve been finding passionflower useful for when stress turns into overload for years. This seems to work similarly well to other brands I’ve taken. I find the instructions a little bit lacking/frustrating in this brand. .7ml doesn’t mean much when there’s no measurements on the dropper. But it works and I am experimenting with different dosages. Happy with the product.

I really like the tinctures from this brand. They've all been very high quality with no sediment and (mostly) pleasant flavors. Since they don't use added sugar or alcohol you really get the truer flavor profile of the herb itself. They use glycerine, which does add a light sweetness, but not so much that it overpowers the herb. Passionflower is a calming herb that many use for anxiety and insomnia. In a divisive election year like this one, probably everyone should have some of this on hand, lol. There have not been many scientific studies done to study its effects, but it is milder than other herbs used for the same purpose. This company used third-party testing, so even though this is a mild tincture, you will get what it says on the label in terms of dosage efficacy.

The passion flower has traditionally been used for promoting restful sleep. I find it easy to swallow as this liquid extract uses plant-based glycerin as a natural sweetener. It is a very strong, sweet, candy like taste almost too sweet for me. I feel very relaxed and mellow while taking this it kept me asleep throughout the night, and I actually was able to sleep in and felt very well rested.. its a HUGE bottle for the price i think it was well worth it. I have witnessed parents using melatonin alternatives for young adults and Because of how natural this is I would think this would be healthier alternative for sleep aid

I have passionflower tincture that I made myself with alcohol, and while this product may not be quite as strong as that one, I feel the effects of this product soon after taking it sublingually. This passion flower tincture is definitely interesting, I wouldn’t call it delicious by any means, it tastes how silage smells. That sounds weird, but it is the only flavor I can accurately describe it as being. It has a mild sweetness to it, but definitely tastes like pulverized lawn clippings in a way. However, I don’t mind it. The taste is not lingering, I can take it as a tincture, or mix it in with my evening tea. I like trying new natural sleep remedies, and I would say I get pretty restful, relaxed sleep after taking this.

I don't even mix it into anything, I just take a dropper full like a shot into my mouth. People don't always love the taste of Passionflower, so this make it easier. This is my first time using Passionflower, so these are only my observations. The taste reminds me of a mild herbal tea, quite pleasant. I've taken it with both cold and heated water and in my humble opinion heated is better as it gives more of a tea experience. I generally take it about an hour before bed (give or take) and notice my mind settles down much faster than otherwise (a real problem for many insomniacs). I also tend to sleep deeper when using passionflower without feeling drugged afterwards. In reading about Passionflower and it's medicinal uses, I see it can interact with some prescription medications, so consult with your doctor or pharmacist. As for me, it does seem to work nicely for improving my sleep and so I do recommend it!

I'm new to herbalism and learned how beneficial passion flower can be for relaxation, sleeping, stress, and anxiety. I do not suffer from anxiety but do have trouble sleeping and/or staying asleep. I LOVE passionflower for mood support and relaxation, especially after a long stressful work day. This tincture has a slight herbal taste and smell reminiscent of loose dry passionflower, with the sweet glycerin making the overall flavor quite pleasant. You can mask it almost completely if you put your droppers full in a large glass of water, or if you want to drink it down quickly use just 2-3 oz. and the flavor would be more pronounced. This has a nice potency that I can feel when I take it. I like that it's organic but wish certification were labeled on the box. I really like this tincture. It has a sweet, earthy flavor. I had been hoping to find a good way to use passionflower and this seems to work well for me. While the serving size is one dropper full which amounts to 84 servings, you are supposed to take it three times a day which amounts to about 28 servings. I did have a little trouble with the dropper.

I really like this passionflower extract. It is made with vegetable glycerin so it is sweet and yummy, making it super easy to take without any issues. I take it straight from the dropper, but you can mix it with a or juice if you prefer. I especially like to take it at night before bed. I probably can’t speak to its effects here, but if you do some research and talk with your medical provider you can decide if this is a good option for you.
