I take magnesium and a mullein before bed and they help me get drowsy and sleep fairly well, as long as my diet hasn't been full of carbs. Update: I have been taking Mullein for about 2 years. I have had a bad cough that lingers after almost every cold I get since I was at least a teenager, I'm far from a teenager now. I still get a cough but it's not keeping me up at night and disrupting life like it was. It didn't take the whole 2 years of taking it to make my cough better, it just took that long to realize Mullein likely has something to do with it.

I found if I took two it made me dizzy. I cut back to one in the morning and one in the evening and it did fine. I’m a smoker. I don’t know if it has helped with my cough, but I haven’t taken it that long. I will continue taking the bottle and hopefully it will have the effect that I want. Damn cigarettes! So addictive.
