I've been drinking caffeinated tea with lemon plus coffee as a diuretic, which was not helping enough. Dandelion greens capsules was too much. I got dehydrated using only 4 per day. I've cut back to one or 2 per day and its fine. Probably 2 per meal would work if i only drank water & no caffeine.

I got these for water retention and I will say they do that. They're not as effective as water pills but they are healthier and I love that. If you have swollen feet, these take a little to do. I think taking them daily is the best and not used when just needed. No aftertaste or anything. Good value. No side effect either. I had side effect with other water pills.
