I like that it is an almost tasteless liquid. Easy to take with a little water. Last echo of my kidney stone showed it is smaller.

This 2 ounce Chanca Piedra Tincture by BioKrauter came in a glass, amber colored bottle with a dropper cap. It has an expiration date of 10/2027. Suggested use is to shake before use, then add 1 full dropper to 2 ounces of water or juice, 3 times daily or as recommended by a physician or a healthcare professional. According to the seller, this 2 ounce bottle should provide a 28 day supply. I added this to water and it was easy and pleasant to drink. I also tasted it straight and it tasted like a weak, unsweetened tea. I could NOT draw a full dropper any of the times I tried, so I had to do 2 droppers halfway full each time. I cannot confirm the efficacy of this product in any way, but I can say I have not noticed any negative results from consuming it.

I like this product for 2 reasons. It isn’t bitter, mild tasting and not unpleasant. Secondly it is pure ingredients that will support my kidney health. The base organic ingredient is well known for breaking kidney stones and for supportive kidney function. As I have some concerns in this area I consulted my doctor before using it. It comes in an amber bottle with a dropper. It only fills about 2 thirds of the way and I assume that is the dosage as the bottle says one squeeze. I think it’s certainly worth the price and to try it.

It's just what you would expect it to be. Doesn't taste that great by itself, but good when added to tea. Make sure not to use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding! It can be dangerous in those circumstances. Otherwise, it's not gonna hurt you as long as you're not ingesting a massive amount. If you're into these types of supplements, go for it!

While I incorporate lots of herbal remedies and preventatives into my health and beauty routine, this is my first time trying Chanca Peidra. I’m not familiar with it, but I am interested in cleansing my kidneys and gallbladder. I’ve never experienced any stones, and I’d like to keep it that way. It makes me happy to see that this product is non-GMO, an incredibly important factor to me. It also incorporates clean, glass bottling and dropper tube, rather than some lesser, contaminating material like plastic. The suggested dose is one dropperfull administered 3 times per day, which I consider to be a bit much for any supplement, so by taking it only once per day myself, I’ll have to accept receiving a lower dose. The flavor of these drops is so sweet, tasting similar to maple syrup, which is common to such tinctures. Unlike some other tinctures with this flavor, though, I don’t detect any undertones in the flavor.

This herb is also known as "stone breaker." While I don't have kidney stones, I thought this product would be a good supplement for liver and kidney support. So far, there have been no unpleasant side effects, and the product has no objectionable taste. It's too early to tell if there is a benefit. I got this tincture because this herb is well known for certain properties implied in the Latin breakdown of the name and I have a concern of this possibility. I had tried it before as a powder form and knew that it tastes not 'too' bad and it's a little sweet, this tincture is the same. Honestly, it tastes a bit 'syrupy', but since I know this is a concentrated version of a sweet herb, I'm not worried that there is anything added than what is stated. I like to take the herbs and drink a couple ounces of water afterwards but am trying to discipline myself to put it in water first, as it is a bit sweet. For whatever reason, I feel energy when I take this, so that's great! So far, I love getting these organic alcohol-free liquid extracts from this brand. Their herbal tinctures are potent, and fresh, they seem 'clean' to me/organic and taste like the pure herb listed. I am grateful for this brand! I pray they keep their prices low, as I wish to buy their extracts consistently, as they are much more bio available than when I take a capsule. The only closest thing that I have gotten is just taking a powder directly and putting it into my mouth and drinking down water and 'maybe' a tea. Five stars! Keep up the good work! Thank you! :)

Well packaged and no crush when delivered. It's well packages in dark brown glass with a dropper. It has GMP label, which indicates good manufacture practice. It says organic in the description. However, I don't see USDA label, which gives me some doubt. It says third party tested, but I wish they provide test results. For these reasons, it loses a star for me. I got this because it says Stone Breaker & Gallbladder Cleanse Formula. My husband tends to have kidney stones, so I think it may be good to him. However, it's hard to tell the effect.

I have used Chanca Piedra in the past in tablet form while doing routine maintenance for kidneys, but I really like using the liquid. I used it in water, juices and just right under the tongue, and it all works well. The taste under the tongue has a slightly sweet taste, even though it is sugar free! I like it!

I like the quality of the tinctures made by Bio Krauter and will investigate more as to their line of products.

It doesn't have a bad taste. there's no way to really tell if this has any positive benefits unless some broken stones come out. it hasn't so far so the jury is still out. but I like taking the liquid form better than pills.

I'm a big fan of Bio Krauter. Everything I've ordered from them has been super high quality and this Chanca Piedra Tincture is no different. There aren't any fillers in this. It only has 3 ingredients: Chanca Piedra, Organic plant glycerin, and purified water. That's it! I've just been putting it directly in my mouth and it has a good taste that is sweet and a bit earthy. The fact that this doesn't have sugar is amazing as it's a good sweetness. Taste is very subjective, but you could put this in water or in anything else and it would not affect the flavor too much. I feel like I've gone to the bathroom a few more times since I started taking this as it's helping my kidney's. Overall this is a high quality and easy way to take Chanca Piedra

I cannot, in all fairness, make any affirmation as to the effectiveness or lack, thereof, concerning the effectiveness of this particular product; I just take it to prevent stones , solely based upon faith in the limited science, as to its efficacy. What I don't like: There's nothing I don't like about the product. I would order this item again.

I'm looking for ways to support kidney health. I can't yet speak to whether or not this is working for my specific needs, and your mileage will vary, but so far I'm finding this liquid easy to take with water or another beverage. I don't necessarily enjoy the flavor (again, your experience will vary), but when diluted enough, it's not strong enough that I really mind it. I did note that this product is made "for" Bio Krauter, a Los Angeles company, but it doesn't say who made it or where it was actually manufactured. It does seem to be a high-quality product, but I would have appreciated more transparency around the manufacturing process. I got this because I take a lot of supplements to keep my immune system and body at an optimal state. With that said, taking a lot of supplements can certainly affect the function of the kidneys. This Stone breaker in liquid drop form is much easier to take. I added it to a little apple juice and did not take notice of the flavor much. I was excited to find this Chanca Piedra in a liquid glycerin based tincture. Chanca Piedra translates to Stone Breaker and has been traditionally used to assist with dissolving and or breaking down gall stones that are smaller than a few millimeters or preventively if you are prone to them by supporting the build up of uric acid. Being that this is glycerin based as opposed to alcohol based, it can also be administered to pets, caveat to check with your physician or fur babies physician prior.

Great product. I've used many tinctures from this brand and they are all really good and helpful. This one is no exception. I really appreciate that there are no additives in this tincture, as well as no alcohol, no sugar. Taste is a bit strong, but the directions say you can also add it to your drink if that bothers you.

This is a great supplement. It comes in an amber bottle to protect the contents from UV light and it comes with a dropper for easy dispensing. It tastes great. It’s just sweet from the vegetable glycerin. I take it straight, but you can take it in water or juice if it’s too sweet for you. This bottle should last close to two months so I feel the price is fair for that. The bottle says it doesn’t expire for over three years. First off, I'm glad this is a liquid tincture as opposed to pills. I've taken the pills before and had mixed results. This however is better for absorption. A mildly sweet flavor when mixed in the recommended 2oz of water. Well tolerated. I've only just taken a couple of doses so it's hard to talk about how effective this is till a few days have passed. However, it says to take 3 times a day. The quality is very good and the packaging is excellent so there was no breakage or spillage. This has a 28 day supply.

I’ve had other chanca piedra tinctures that were bitter and unpalatable, but not this one from Bio Krauter—this is delicious, tasting like honey, without any bitterness, and is a fluid, light amber liquid extraction in organic glycerin. I ordered this for kidney and urinary tract support, specifically (the water in our area seems to promote kidney stones, and it's best to be prepared). Glad to have this in my wellness arsenal.

This 12% concentrate is good for deep cleaning, or can be diluted for other uses. There are no added ingredients and it's made in the USA. I like the convenience of a concentrate that I can use as needed.

I've taken chanca piedra for years. I take it along with cascara sagrada, rowatinex, sarsparilla, marshmallow root, and other things. And for me at least, every time I need relief it does the trick. I take a pretty high dose, and sometimes it takes a few weeks (once it took a year), but for me it's reliable. When I started out, I took chanca piedra in pill form. This was difficult, because I was already taking so many other pills. Also, traditionally, chanca piedra is to be taken on an empty stomach, and taking pills on an empty stomach would upset my system. So this tincture is a great alternative. I also found sarsparilla and some of the other things in tincture format. As far as taste, the tincture is sweet and I take it directly on my tongue. I actually look forward to taking it.
