Used this in some of my morning teas for detoxing and loved it. I usually put poster version but someone had recommended using the liquid version and I won’t go back. Great supplement! Comes in the standard amber glass bottle with a twist top dropper that squeezes the cayenne pepper into the tube for dispersal. I mix half a dropper into 6oz of my teas. I think it is really potent in taste for me, but I love the preventative measures of taking cayenne. I believe I benefit from the supplement. I love taking this over pills as it is so easy to swallow for me. Very much recommend!

So I’m using this to put in my morning coffee or tea before my workouts. I’m also putting a few drops on a bald spot on my head, hair that I lost during childbirth. The only thing I dislike about is that it is flavorless. I know most people want it to be flavorless but because it is, I cannot tell if it’s actually working. It could simply just be some regular oil and I would never know. I was also hoping to feel a little bit of a tingle or some redness on my scalp but i feel or see nothing. 🤷🏻♀️

First off people say this isn’t spicy. So I put it directly on my tongue. It was Spicy. It was my first time using so I don’t know if it’ll help or not. But I am happy it has a spice to it. Felt like my tongue was burning
